Outdoors tai chi exercises

Tai chi practice in Herttoniemi
Our club, Tai Chi Chuan ry, organises outdoor exercises for its members. We usually start with the slow Yang-style long form, followed by other forms depending on the participants' skills and interests.
You are welcome to come and watch us, and maybe even try it out a little, if you have done some tai chi yourself before. However, we recommend that you take a basic course before joining us. There is not always an instructor present, and you are always responsible for your own training.
Taijiquan is a traditional Chinese martial art, also known as taiji, taichi, and taichichuan. Today, the sport is mainly known as a form of exercise that promotes health.
